My husband's name is Andy, my own handsome hero, he's a wonderful
Christian man whom I adore. I thank the Lord everyday for the blessing of such a good husband and for the
love we share. We were highschool sweethearts. Andy and I along with our
daughter and her family; moved to the beautiful Missouri Ozarks from Central California, several years
ago. Andy and I live in the country on twenty acres. We built a two story house with a full basement. In Missouri
as far as I'm concerned, with the threat of tornados you have to have a basement. :-) We
are so blessed that our daughter, Robyn, who just married and gave us a wonderful new son-in-law Kelly, and our four
grandchildren. Daniel, Chelsea, Justin, and Kennedy as well as my father, Don, and my sister Chere live close
to us and we adore them all. We are all in the same church, New Site Baptist and
it's wonderful that we can attend together on Sunday. My husband's two sisters and their husbands live close by. They
attend the same church as well. Our precious
son Donny, along with my sweet mother Wanda, loving brother-in-law Marvin, and our darling niece Julie Ann, have gone
to be with the Lord. We miss them so much, but we have the assurance through Jesus, of knowing we will see
them again, when we all get to Heaven to live together for eternity. My sister Chere, my daughter Robyn, and
I are not only related, but are best friends as well. We also enjoy spending every minute we can together
and with our dad. We look forward to the weather getting warm each spring, so we can all go garage selling.
It's one of our favorite pass times. I'm very blessed we are all here close so we can spend time together and
He continues to bless us every day for which I'm very thankful. I attended the ACFW Conference in Kansas
City in 2002, Houston, Texas in 2003, and Denver, Colorado in 2004. My sister Chere is now going with
me and we have attended the ACFW conferences together at Nashville, Tennessee in 2005, Dallas, Texas 2006, Dallas,
Texas 2007. My daughter, Robyn and youngest grandson, Justin attended the Minneapolis, Minnesota conference
with my sister and I in 2008. We had a great time together. Chere and I attended Denver, Colorado 2009, and we're
looking forward to going to the one in indianapolis, indiana in the fall for 2010.
Andy and I built our home in the country. We love the space along
with the peace and quiet. We have lots of room for our daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren, and family to come visit,
which we love.
